I’m hurten. The food is so good I’m busten at the seems. Their collards taste right!! I ate way too much lol. It’s nap time. Go check it out. I promise you’ll leave with a full belly 😊
My buddy and I had lunch there today. He loved the chicken strips and the fish. We both loved the pintos and cornbread with some onion. The green beans and collards also. Everything's good. Best bang for your buck around. Desserts, salads, what more could you ask for for less than 10 bucks?
I don't think this place gets the recognition it deserves. The food is fresh, it taste like my country grandmother's supper. The staff is always friendly. I wish them success but secretly hope they stay under the radar. I enjoy going without putting up with large crowds and long lines. I just know one day they're going to be as busy as Wade's or Golden Corral on a Sunday afternoon
Food was great. Maybe a few more food options. But really I was full and never even made it to the salad bar or dessert bar.
The food was really really good fast friendly service one of the absolute best buffets ive been to even my 11 yr old son said it was well worth the 2 gour drive alone just for this food
So for one ! The prices are amazing ! It’s not a huge buffet ! However, that means absolutely nothing ! The food is so good ! Always fresh and rotated out once the pan was empty ! I most definitely will go back ! The customer service is very good also ! A small location to meet your needs! I recommend Kenny’s to anyone who want some comfort food !
The best home cooking I've had in a while. Mac and cheese isn't the best though. Mashed potatoes taste like boxed mash, but still really good.
The looks aren’t looking, BUT THE FOOD SURE IS COOKIN! So delicious! Quality, southern home cooking. Comfort for your soul, and your belly. I live half hour away, I’ll be back soon for those scrumptious chicken livers and beautifully lightly fried pork chops. SLAP YO MAMA GOOD!!!!
We caught a very late lunch here before heading back to Lexington. I was searching for local soul food, and this restaurant popped up with great reviews. This country style buffet sets you back about $10 plus any drink. The friendly staff kept the hot bar well stocked with fresh food. Delicious fried items included chicken, livers, and boneless pork chops. There's salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy as well as tender baked chicken. Good mac & cheese. There's a ton of vegetables to choose from. Corn bread muffins, rolls, and salad and desert bars to round out your meal. All 3 of my plates were outstanding. My only complaint...the meatloaf needs a complete overhaul. It looks good but is ultra firm and completely tasteless without the ketchup topping. Our sweet waitress kept our drinks full.
Home cooked food. Buffett style restaurant. Really friendly wait staff. I try to go on a Monday Wednesday or Saturday as they have chicken livers. Always have chicken, meatloaf fried pork chops, rice and gravy and mashed potatoes and collard greens. Also a salad bar and dessert
